Associate | Senior Associate | Real Estate

AJ Chambers is working with a top 100 law firm and they are currently recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their real estate team.

You’ll be working with three partners on a range of general real estate matters, along with real estate finance and property based insolvency matters. This Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and depending on experience, office presence can be minimal.

Key aspects:

· Acquisitions and disposals

· Landlord & tenant

· Property finance – representing lenders and banks

· Bridging and development finance
