You’ll be working in a highly experienced team on a range of defendant matters with a focus on coverage and re-insurance.
Key aspects:
· Coverage & re-insurance disputes
· Property Damage matters
· Defending underlying claims for insurers
· Indemnity and liability matters
· Policy interpretation advice
