Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Role Description
I’m working with a modern, independent accountancy practice that is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of an Accounts Semi Senior.
This opportunity would suit someone who is currently part-qualified, looking to continue progressing their career within a supportive and relaxed environment.
The role offers a varied mix of accounts preparation, tax compliance and advisory work, alongside regular client interaction within a young and sociable team.

What you’ll do
• Prepare accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
• Complete personal and corporate tax returns
• Assist with tax advisory work
• Review VAT returns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support senior staff across a range of compliance assignments
• Work closely with clients to provide a high level of service
What you’ll need
• 1-3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / AAT (or studying towards)
• Experience preparing accounts and tax returns
