We’re working exclusively with a well-established independent firm in Norwich that truly prioritises balance, flexibility, and a positive team culture. Thanks to ongoing growth and future succession plans, they’re now looking to welcome an Audit & Accounts Senior to their close-knit team.

This is a varied role where you’ll split your time evenly between audit and accounts work. You’ll take ownership of audits from planning right through to completion, working with a diverse client base including some not-for-profit organisations. Alongside this, you’ll prepare and review accounts and corporate tax returns, with minimal involvement in VAT or personal tax.

Just as importantly, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
