AJ Chambers are assisting a Top Accountancy Firm who are looking for an additional Client Service Coordinator to join the firm due to growth within the business.
Supporting Partners and Senior Management managing day-to-day office operations and onboarding clients, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across the business
Main duties will include:
· Coordinating client onboarding and compliance checks including AML documentation, identity verification, and risk assessments
· Liasing with Clients via Phone and email
· Maintaining accurate filing systems and keeping statutory records up to date and updating Companies House with confirmation statements
· Arranging Meetings and Diary management
· Creating Internal reports using Excel and CCH
· Creating Docusign documents, sending and chasing signatures
· Raising Invoices
· Ensuring high standards are met across all admin-related processes
· Formatting documents and communications for both internal and external use
Ideal candidate:
· Strong attention to detail — especially when handling documents or data
· Proactive and forward thinking
· Able to follow compliance processes carefully and work with pace and accuracy
· Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
· A positive, professional attitude and willingness to get stuck in
· Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word in particular)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
