AJ Chambers are working with a law firm in London ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They have a unique opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join them as a Salaried Partner and no following is required.

This firm will consider an existing partner or a senior associate looking for immediate progression. This firm offers the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and you’ll be frequently involved in networking and business development.

You’ll be working on a range of claimant and respondent aspects including:

·        Non-contentious HR advisory

·        Reviewing of employment contracts

·        Unfair dismissal

·        Harassment and discrimination

·        Employment tribunals

You’ll be offered a package which includes:

·        A competitive salary

·        25 days annual leave

·        20% bonus on fees above target
