AJ Chambers is delighted to have been exclusively retained by an organisation in the South East and they are recruiting for a Legal Director and Head of Legal for their company.

This, dynamic, property organisation is recognised as one of the leading firms to work for in their sector and are heavily invested in technology and AI.

This Legal Director will be coming in as their new head of legal operating within residential property matters, demonstrate commerciality and embrace technology.

Key aspects:

Leadership

·        Design and implement the legal framework for conveyancing

·        Partner with senior leadership to support growth and technology

Operational delivery

·        Oversee the conveyancing process from start to finish

·        Ensure compliance with SRA, AML and other requirements

·        Oversee case management system

Team leadership

·        Recruit and build a high performing conveyancing team

·        Provide mentoring, supervision and legal sign off

·        Define performance metrics

Risk & governance

·        Manage complaints

·        Develop risk frameworks

You’ll be offered a package which includes:

·        A competitive salary
