AJ Chambers are working with a regional law firm in North Essex and they are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team.

You’ll have a particular focus on contentious insolvency working in a growing team that deals with some interesting matters. You’ll receive support from the Partner in the team and be involved in networking & business development.

Key aspects:

·        Statutory demand

·        Bankruptcy petitions

·        IVA matters

·        Liquidator & trustee disputes
