Salary – £44,000 – £50,000

Role Summary

We are working with a well-established regional accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior to join their Ampthill office. This role sits within a close-knit Accounts & Audit team of 13 and would suit a qualified professional looking for a stable, supportive environment with a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio

· Planning and delivering audit assignments from start to completion

· Working directly with clients and acting as a key point of contact

· Supporting junior team members through review and guidance

· Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with deadlines

· Liaising with Managers and Directors on workflow and client matters

Desirable Experience

· ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

· Prior audit experience within a UK accountancy practice

· Strong accounts preparation skills

· Confident communicator with good client-facing experience
