Real Estate Recovery Solicitor (Commercial RE/ Restructuring & Insolvency)
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for our client, a Top 75, entrepreneurial and progressive law firm. This is a role that can offer full flexibility, offering a working pattern open to the right candidate – whether that is entirely remote from the comfort of your own home, hybrid, working from a nearby office once a week, and can be considered full or part-time.
They are an established and growing Real Estate Finance Team with a wealth of expertise in the specialist secured lending industry. They are looking to expand the team through the hire of an ambitious and entrepreneurially minded Real Estate Recovery Solicitor to join the very busy team which is headed up by a Partner and Senior Associate with extensive industry experience. The immediate team’s principal clients are specialist property finance (bridging and development) lenders and receivers, who they support in respect of unregulated loan originations and recoveries.
We are looking for someone with a minimum 4 years PQE, who can work confidential with minimal/no supervision. Whilst this role is a RE Restructuring/Recovery position within commercial RE, our client is open to candidates with a generalist background.
