Salary – Up to £38,000 (DOE)

Role Summary

We are working with a modern, forward-thinking firm of chartered accountants who are seeking a part-qualified Audit Semi Senior to join their expanding Audit & Accounts team in Eastleigh.

The firm has around 80 people, including a dedicated audit and accounts team of 30, and is known for its young, sociable culture with regular events and a strong emphasis on professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Prepare accounts to audit standard to support audit assignments.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and build relationships.
• Review and guide junior team members where appropriate.
• Strengthen technical knowledge, including application of FRS 102.

Desirable Experience

• ACA or ACCA part-qualified.
• Experience delivering external audits within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a close-knit audit team.
• Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites required).
