Audit Supervisor – Mid-Tier Practice | Hybrid Working | Great Benefits Package

We’re working with a forward-looking accountancy firm based in Milton Keynes who are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join their growing team.

What the role looks like:

· Leading audit assignments under the guidance of an Audit Manager or Principal

· Managing on-site audit teams and reviewing work

· Handling planning, fieldwork, and completion, including management letter preparation

· Supporting junior staff with work-based training and mentoring

· Assisting with delegated tasks including planning, completion, and file reviews

· Working closely with mid-sized businesses and SME clients, as well as UK subsidiaries of overseas groups

What they’re looking for:

· ACA or ACCA qualified

· Minimum 2 years’ audit experience within a UK accountancy practice

· Confident leading audits and managing on-site teams

· Familiarity with UK GAAP and audit software

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail

· Able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
