We’re working with a respected independent firm based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Client Manager to join their expanding team. What the role looks like:

You’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, preparing accounts and tax returns to director review stage, and providing ongoing support and advice. You’ll also get involved with bookkeeping, VAT returns, billing and workflow management – with plenty of client contact and responsibility from day one.

This is a varied role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own time and encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help shape a positive team culture.

What they’re looking for:

· ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)

· Experience managing a client portfolio within practice

· Confident preparing accounts and tax returns for SMEs

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Proactive, approachable, and commercially aware

· Keen to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team
