AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, commercial practice based in Reading and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their employment law team.
You’ll be part of a highly successful and experienced team ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500 working in sectors such as tech, pharma and financial services operating with both claimant and respondent clients.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also be required to mentor and supervise junior members of staff.
Key aspects:
· Senior exec work
· Grievance and disciplinary matters
· Discrimination and whistleblowing issues
· Assisting with litigation in employment tribunals
