The Role

You’ll be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking team where your voice is heard, and your contributions are recognised. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be involved in delivering high-quality accounts services to a wide-ranging portfolio, with additional exposure to audit and tax. You’ll work closely with partners, build direct client relationships, and play a vital role in the ongoing growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review year-end accounts for a diverse mix of SMEs, limited companies, and sole traders
• Support and review the work of junior team members, offering guidance where needed
• Assist with Corporation Tax computations and basic Personal Tax returns
• Take part in audit assignments (light touch — around 10–15% of the role)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling queries and offering proactive advice
• Work closely with partners and managers on client strategy and practice development
