Team PA – Accountancy Firm

A medium sized firm of Accountants in Central London are looking to recruit a PA to assist one of their busy teams. The firm’s client base varies from media and entertainment (film, television, theatre) as well as property, retail and the motorsport industry.

The Role:

· Working with a wide range of staff from Bookkeepers to Senior Partners

· Supporting the team members and Partners

· Incorporating new companies

· Setting up new clients on CRM software

· Calling HMRC

· Letters of engagements

· Dealing with client queries

· Mail forwarding

· Client account management

· Maintaining company information on the firm’s software

The firm are seeking a professional with similar experience, and within an Accountancy Firm is essential.
