They are looking for:
- A 0 to 2 years PQE solicitor / licenced conveyancer
- Have new build experience
- Able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for real estate with the ability to grasp the intellectual demands of the industry
- Committed to providing a high quality, client-focused service with the ability to demonstrate initiative and commercial acumen and be a real team player.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting for individuals on the sale and purchase of off plan and new build properties
- Acting for developers on the disposal of residential developments
- Building and maintaining client relationships and key relationships with business referrers
- To participate in the marketing and business development for the team
In return, they are offering:
- Up to £55,000 salary DOE
