Company Commercial Solicitor – 4-5 year PQE – London
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Company Commercial Solicitor for our client, a progressive mid-size commercial law firm in London, who are seeing continued growth across the business. This role will be dealing with all general coco work. They deal with a lot of small-medium business clients and some very large ones where they do more project work.
You will have:
- 4-5 years PQE minimum, +
- Experience advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail – you'll be passionate about going the extra mile for clients
- A genuine interest in business development, with some experience of this beneficial
- Following of business/clients – highly desirable
- An ambitious mindset – this person will eventually lead the team
