AJ Chambers are thrilled to be working with a fantastic regional law firm, who are looking to grow their highly reputable Private Client team, based in Buckinghamshire.
They require a solicitor that has 5 years + PQE and has experience in administering estates, Trusts and the taxation of estates and trusts, drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and Court Protection applications.
You will be managing your own caseload, covering all aspects of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs for a range of clients and their families and you would be working in a collaborative team which benefits from the assistance of legal support
You will be working with a team of 12 members of staff in this department, and while it is a collaborative team, you will also have to work individually, managing your own time and prioritising tasks to enable deadlines to be met. This position is available for a full or part time basis.
My client has a considerable reputation with the market and the successful candidate will receive the appropriate training.
Remuneration package:
- A salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday, plus a day off on your birthday, plus bank holiday
- Pension
- Office is closed between Christmas & New Year
- Sick pay (discretionary)
