AJ Chambers is working with a regional, top 150 law firm seeking a Wills & Probate Lawyer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to wills, trusts, estates, and probate
- Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Represent clients in probate court and assist with the administration of estates
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate executors, and other stakeholders
- Stay current on changes in laws and regulations related to wills, trusts, and probate
