Jess has been with AJ Chambers for over seven years. Jess supports the Principal Consultant, focusing on recruiting Business Services staff for Law firms across London and Essex. This includes positions such as Legal Secretaries/PAs, Team Assistants, Paralegals, HR, BD, Marketing and other support roles in Top Legal 500 Firms and small boutiques.
Jess’ journey at AJ Chambers began as a Candidate Researcher, progressing through roles in Group Admin Support and Office Manager, before reaching her current position.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and is an avid Arsenal fan.
