HOW HAS COVID-19 AFFECTED ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE RECRUITMENT AND ACTIVITY?
Initially like most businesses there was some hesitation to continue recruiting through the un-certainty. However, once our clients adapted and re calibrated this slowly picked up.
As we speak I can confidently say that there is significant appetite to recruit across most of our portfolios. Along with this positive activity there has been a clear change in how most recruit. The mass adoption of zoom and teams has seen many processes change for the better. This convenience has become an over-riding benefit for both client and candidate with many firms looking at a hybrid working from home scenarios to attract talent more than ever. They must know what the market is doing.
