Kelly joined over 5 years ago as the Office & Finance Manager, but found her passion for HR and has thrived in this field ever since. She is passionate about the people in the organisation and is focused on creating a collaborative culture. Kelly has recently been nominated for ‘Most Inspiring HR Champion’ at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2025.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys beach walks, the gym and studying towards her own personal development.
