AJ Chambers has just been instructed on an exclusive basis to represent a well-established firm of chartered Accountant that are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant due to winning a significant amount of new business.

Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex

Accounts Assistant - Duties:

Working with Senior Accountants and experienced staff on accounts production jobs for limited companies and sole traders Preparing associated director and self-assessment tax returns Supporting the Senior’s and Managers on the workload Reviewing the bookkeeping and VAT work completed by Trainees and complete more complex tasks and queries in this area Handling client queries and liaising with the HMRC Progression to working on more complex management accounts when trained
