The role

Joining this leading team, you can expect to gain exposure to a broad variety and mix of M&A (private and public), Capital Markets and Private Equity work.

The firm’s clients range from publicly-listed household names to owner-managed SME’s and individual entrepreneurs from sectors such as retail. Logistics, financial services and media.

The individual

This role will suit candidates with between 2 and 4 years of post-qualification experience. Solid M&A experience is required and experience of private equity and capital markets experience is desirable but not essential.
