US Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager Responsibilities

Oversee the US Corporate Tax function for the wider firm
Manage a varied portfolio of clients and services
Communicate with HMRC/IRS/State Tax Authorities
Identify sales and business development opportunities
Lead on specific advisory projects (varies depending on client)

Provide management support to wider Tax team
Delegate and Review work of junior staff

US Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager Requirements

Qualified in either EA/CPA/ATT/CTA/ICAEW/ACCA
Experienced in similar role ideally 5 years’ experience
