The firm is well known for its successes in a variety of disputes including: fraud and asset tracing, disputes involving corporate transactions, private equity, logistics and distribution, clean energy, media, technology, oil and gas, manufacturing and industrial processes, as well as international commercial arbitration, investment treaty disputes, and public international law.
The team works on a variety of matters involving global investment-State arbitration and regular representation of both claimant investors and respondent States in such disputes.
About you
– 5+ PQE
– E&W qualified at a magic/silver circle/international firm
– International arbitration experience (commercial/investment state)
– Ambitious and well-versed in complex matters
– Happy to take the reigns and hit the ground running with arbitration and litigation matters
