AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Litigation role for our client, a full-service, leading firm in London who are led by expert, supportive Partners. They have a great reputation and are a values-led business – they are not about individual ego or glory – they work as one, are very collaborative and their values underpin everything they do.
They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Property Litigation), to join their team. They are looking for a driven individual who is able to manage their own case load on a day-to- day basis and assist the wider team on more complex issues.
The team deal with a wide range of disputes for both commercial and individual clients with instructions covering all aspects of commercial and property litigation including:
• Landlord and Tenant disputes.
• Leasehold Enfranchisement litigation.
• Right to Manage dispute claims.
• Possession claims.
• Rent and service charge recovery.
• Service charge consultation.
They are looking for:
•5-8 years PQE
•Management experience.
• Networking and “rainmaking” expertise.
• Experience in managing their own caseload on a day-to-day basis.
• Excellent IT skills and experience in use of Office 365 and preferably used to working with a case management.
In return, they are offering a salary of c. £75-85k, bonus scheme, 23 days AL + BH, EAP, private medical and more.
