Residential Conveyancer | SRA, CILEX or CLC | Up to £55,000 Per Annum

AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a Top 100 Law Firm as they look to grow their Residential Property team in Cambridge.

The firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Lawyer who is either 2+ PQE, CILEX or CLC qualified.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing a varied and full caseload of Residential Property Matters in:

Sales and Purchases.
Re-mortgages.
Transfer of equities.
Lease creation or extensions and applications.
Drafting and registration work.
