The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial property transactions and providing outstanding client service.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development and investment deals, leasing, and property financing. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values teamwork and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex commercial property transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation
• Manage a high volume of transactions from instruction to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property
• Excellent technical and drafting skills, with experience in a variety of commercial property transactions
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving outstanding results for clients
