Responsibilities
- Advise Charities and their Trustees
- Focus on Charity work and developing Charities practice
- Prepare constitutional documentation for Charitable Trusts, Companies, and CIOs
- Offer advice on commercial engagement, GDPR, and data protection
- Handle Charity registration, regulatory compliance, and complaints
- Address cross-border Charity issues
- Provide advice on tax, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
Requirements
- Display confidence and a friendly demeanor
- Demonstrate both proactive and responsive client handling
- Possess effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and billing targets consistently
- Maintain a commitment to staying updated on legislative and market changes
- Show a keen interest in the Not-for-profit sector, including international, and bonus points for prior involvement in charitable activities.
