Overview
Manager of Tax Compliance Services. Day to day responsibility for the
management and supervision of all tax staff and related matters. To manage, control and develop a professional department, to work
with the Director and Tax Associate in providing effective and efficient services to clients. To
assist with the promotion of the Practice.
Main Objectives and Specific Responsibilities
Tax Technical Knowledge Ideally Required
Personal Tax compliance - Self Assessment
Business Tax compliance - Schedule D, Pay & File & Self-Assessment for Limited Companies
Payroll & P11Ds, PSA
Contractors & Sub-Contractors including CIS regulations
Capital Taxes:
Business Disposals and Acquisitions
Capital Gains Tax
Research and Development claims
Inheritance Tax Planning
Interaction Income v Capital Taxes
Share Option Schemes and EMI’s
Tax Deferral Investments
Transfer Pricing Issues
Residence Issues
Company Re-organisations - Transfer of assets
