AJ Chambers is an award-winning specialist recruitment and mergers & acquisitions business, focused across the Accountancy and Legal practice sectors, based in Rochford, Essex.
We are currently recruiting for an M&A Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector.
Within this role you would play a pivotal part of our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established recruitment teams, and excellent client network. The role would have full autonomy to develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities. You would also be vital to the deal process, guiding the transaction and offering sound expertise to both parties throughout the entire process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within mergers and acquisitions; or
- A Commercial/Corporate lawyer who would be keen to transition to a more deal making role; or
- Have a Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Protection background; or
- Corporate Finance experience, or starting out in your CF career with 1-3 years experience.
The ideal person will be ambitious and motivated to offer an excellent client service, as well as be a keen business developer, not only for themselves, but be able to generate opportunities for the wider business, which of course would be rewarded.
