Your team
This unique team is engaged with audit clients across a number of industries, but primarily technology, consumer business, professional services, and manufacturing. Key clients are mainly UK subsidiaries of the most famous listed groups in central Europe. This role would therefore provide you with exposure to a varied and broad spectrum of entities & clients.
The Role
Your role as a Manager within the Audit and Assurance practice will be responsible for the Audit and Assurance planning and the delivery of this plan to the client. You will lead the management of field teams, including reviewing the work of staff members. You will liaise with the client, providing timely reporting and management information. You will also manage reporting requirements, including working with the team on client premises and attendance at meetings.
Additionally, you will be a mentor and develop the junior members of staff. Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution. Involvement in internal functions such as HR, Recruitment, Training & Technical areas, etc.
In addition to this, you will also have direct Involvement in tendering for new clients and exposure to business development.
