The role will offer the succesful candidate a clear progressive career opportunity with the potential of reaching Partner level.
The main purpose of the role is to run a small to medium residential caseload (circa £180k fees per year) with the help of a full time paralegal. This is the complete opposite of a pile them high sell them cheap approach. The residential offering is an off shoot from the corporate client base.

You must have proven experience of:
registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, mortgages/re-mortgages, transfers of equity (including matrimonial conveyancing), lease extensions, new builds, assignments of off-plan contracts, shared ownership and Right to Buy transactions.Candidates will need to be c5 years PQE but a client following is not essential for the role.

A medium sized Law Firm based in the West End has clear expansion plans and is looking to grow the Private Client team with an experienced Paralegal.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in that area but they would also consider a NQ for this role, with market salary to reflect.
