A busy Law Practice based in Leigh on Sea is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Conveyancing team to support the Partners in their day to day duties.
The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role and will have strong communication skills as this will be key when liaising with clients, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
The main duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
- Digital dictation typing
- Management of diaries and meetings, to include room/zoom bookings.
- Opening and closing client files
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel programmes
- Managing files so they are easily accessible at all times
- Preparing of documentation bundles
- Liaising with Fee Earners to assist with queries
- Assisting with general administrative duties
This role can be offered on a full or part time basis. Salary up to £27000
