We are currently recruiting for an M&A Junior Consultant to join our growing team, specialised in the Legal and Accountancy sector.

This role would be to support our Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in the further growth of our presence within the Accountancy and Legal market, working closely with our well-established recruitment division, and excellent client network. You would be expected to locate and identify both sale and acquisition opportunities and develop client relationships underneath the guidance of our Head of M&A. You would have involvement in the deal process, assisting guidance of transactions, collection of relevant information and client communication. 

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in Mergers and Acquisitions 
  • Must be a graduate with 2:1 or higher, ideally business or finance-related
  • Ambitious, wishing to learn and develop professionally

The ideal candidate will be motivated to offer an excellent customer service, as well as be a keen business developer, not only for themselves, but be able to generate opportunities for the wider business, which of course would be rewarded.

    The Role:
