You will join one of the UK’s leading employment specialist teams, recognised as market leaders for both employer and employee clients.
Whilst the focus is on employment-related matters, the team also has specialist immigration, pension, data protection, education and remuneration lawyers, in addition to a small corporate and commercial team.
the firm is home to numerous specialist employment lawyers who provide advice across an array of matters such as employment disputes in the tribunal and High Court, discrimination claims, employee competition, redundancy situations, TUPE, partnership and shareholder disputes, general advisory matters such as drafting employment contracts and policies, and transactional support.
The role
As an associate or senior associate in the team, you can expect a good level of responsibility and autonomy whilst working on your own caseload. You will also support senior lawyers in the team on their caseloads meaning you will get involved in a broad variety of work.
This role will suit individuals with 3 to 6 years post-qualification experience gained within a reputable employment team.
You will likely have broad experience advising employers and employees on a full range of employment matters. High Court litigation experience would be a bonus.

Salary for this role will depend on experience level with salary starting at £75,000 for those with 3 PQE.
