I am currently recruiting for a leading boutique firm looking to strengthen it’s team at associate level.
The team act for a range of employer and senior executive clients, with clients coming from sectors such as financial services, insurance and legal.
The team’s work, which is mostly contentious, concerns high-profile and sensitive City matters such as complex conduct investigations, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, partnership matters as well as business protection matters such as the enforcement of restrictive covenants and team moves.
The team often litigates matters, at the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
This role will suit individuals with significant litigation experience. The team are open to individuals with a commercial litigation background so long as there is a genuine interest in employment disputes, but ideally, you will already have gained experience in employment litigation.
