Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, and they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Associate with a focus on Private M&A to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transactions related to Private M&A, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on M&A matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review a variety of transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of transactions and client satisfaction.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to M&A transactions, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, with a focus on Private M&A.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling a wide range of Private M&A transactions, from mid-market to large-scale deals.
• Proven track record of independently managing and leading M&A transactions, demonstrating excellent legal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored and commercially astute advice.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
