The team is particularly reputable among the hospitality, leisure, food and beverage sectors and can handle transactions of up to £100m in M&A.

The Role

You will sit in the corporate team, but will handle a broad range of both corporate and commercial matters.
You will manage transactions and pioneer your own caseload.
The work may include: M&A, PE, joint ventures, equity capital raising, demergers, commercial agreements and capital markets.
Drafting and negotiating documents in respect of M&A investments, SPAs etc.
Leading and instructing more junior team members/ support staff.
Business Development initiatives.

The Candidate

Thorough understanding of M&A transactions

Experience and enthusiasm for managing a team

Hybrid working (2 days in office/ 3 days at home)

Accurate and timely administration of client correspondence.
Respond to general enquiries raised by or on behalf of clients.
Assist in general marketing of firm, either by attending events or preparation of material.
Conduct legal research and updates.

Requirements

You will have a strong Family Law background
Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
