AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a reputable London firm who are seeking to add a dispute resolution associate to the commercial litigation team. The clients are often HNW individuals, corporations, funds and banks; with work ranging from financial services, international trade, fraud, contentious insolvency and professional negligence, to corporate governance/shareholder issues such as unfair prejudice claims. This role will lean into financial services litigation, so experience in this area is vital.
The role will involve disputes across all areas of business, working for both private and commercial clients. In particular, you will have a hand in both contractual and tortious claims.
About You
- 3-4 E&W PQE
- Experience of regulatory investigations and related litigation is highly desirable.
- Ideally an interest in and experience of the financial markets.
- Experience of court procedure, particularly in the Commercial Court.
- Experience of drafting letters and emails to both the client and the other side.
- Keen to take part in business development initiatives.
