The role will see the Residential Conveyancer dealing with client queries over the telephone and face to face, undertaking file management and fee earning conveyancing from quotation to registration. You will be required to be proactive with marketing and business development. This position is full time and permanent, the role is office based.
THE CANDIDATE:
This large firm are seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a busy property team. You must be confident to deal with a full caseload from opening to completion. You must be fully competent with general administration tasks. The ideal conveyancer must be able to work to tight deadlines and have good interpersonal skills whilst motivating and encouraging others within the department.
