The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of Personal Tax clients, offering advisory services
- Completing both standard and complex Personal Tax returns
- Working with a variety of issues, but most prominently: residency/domicile, CGT and property

The Ideal Candidate:

Property Solicitor - Residential

This new position of CF Executive is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious Practice, working with business owners, management teams and private equity firms on transactions valued from £1m up to £50m. The ideal candidate will be a newly or recently qualified individual who is eager to make a move into Corporate Finance. You may, or may not, have any experience of Corporate Finance, but what is key is a desire to progress and own your career and show an interest and enthusiasm in people and business. You will work closely with the team and gain experience in the work we do with business owners and leaders, working principally on company sales, management buy-outs and private equity fundraisings. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commercial and proactive mind-set whilst working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Analysing financial statements, management information, financial forecasts, and market intelligence
- Preparing key client deliverables including Information Memorandum and financial models
- Undertaking research on potential buyers, market trends, comparable transactions, and potential new clients
- Managing and acting as deal leader on smaller transactions.
- Attending client meetings and working closely with the Partners and Directors.
- Developing deal insights for marketing purposes
- Managing initiatives in targeting and winning new business
- Preparing competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
- Maintaining an appropriate network of peers in intermediaries, banks, and private equity houses.
- Other ad-hoc consulting assignments, especially with regards due diligence.
- Carrying out other duties as are within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the role
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified Accountant
- Awareness of full M&A cycle.
- Strong inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence
- Technical excellence in accounting
- Good general business awareness
