A modern, progressive, and growing firm in London are looking for a qualified Audit Senior / Supervisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior who perhaps is lacking the “next step” in their firm and who wishes to start gaining responsibility in managing a small client portfolio and getting involved in review work.
The firm offer hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home and there is the opportunity to progress into a Manager role.
Key Duties:
- Plan and monitor Audit assignments, within agreed budgets to meet deadlines and targets
- Assist Manager with reviewing work, supervising team members and giving constructive feedback
- Supervision and development of Audit team
- Reviewing work on smaller Accounts prep assignments and preparing finalisation pack for review
- Liaising with other departments to complete jobs effectively
- Helping to identify opportunities for additional work and up-selling and cross-selling services to clients
- Beginning to develop own professional network for marketing and introducing new clients
As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 4 years’ experience in practice, and be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1 years’ post qualification experience.
