Are you a manager looking for a firm that can guarantee progression? Then we are working with a London based accountancy firm who are seeking an Audit and Accounts Manger to join their sociable team with the opportunity to progress to partner!
In this role you will be carrying out 50% Audit and 50% Accounts on a varied client base!
Role:
- You will manage a portfolio of clients circa £750k, developing good relationships, understand your client’s requirements, monitor work-in-progress against internal budgets and agreed fees, billing and keeping the client partner aware of status and issues.
- Oversee and coach junior team members work and review their work as well as provide constructive feedback
- Prepare, review, and finalise statutory accounts.
- Develop new systems and processes to ensure work throughput is done expeditiously.
- To liaise with the clients on all aspects
- Job planning, supervision, and finalisation
- To plan work and implement that plan, identifying key issues
- To plan staffing requirements and foresee capacity issues
