A great opportunity has arisen for someone to join our head office department. AJ Chambers are looking to bring a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator into our growing team.
Due to our recent growth, and in line with an ambitious business development plan, we are looking to add an Administrator to our successful team. Reporting into the HR manager, you will sit on our team and assist in delivering high-quality administration services.
Duties:
- Looking after the office / kitchen facilities
- Data cleansing our CRM system
- Market mapping
- Uploading contact details to CRM
- Uploading/advertising key roles
- Uploading Terms of Business to CRM
- Adhoc resourcing to help with key recruitment projects/retainers
- Adhoc administration to help support the Marketing, HR and finance functions.
Key Skills:
We are offering full and comprehensive training to the successful candidate, so no previous experience is necessary. Our ideal candidate would be someone with:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organise and present effectively
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Ability to build good working relationships across the recruitment team

Salary: £6.40 per hour
In addition to this, we are also presenting an opportunity for you to undertake an apprenticeship in this role, studying for a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
