The firm provides a wide range of legal advice and assistance primarily to commercial and high net worth national and international clients.
You will be responsible for assisting our solicitors in a variety of tasks including:

The firm are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team, with technical expertise across a broad range of commercial disputes, including board, shareholder and partnership disputes, contested probate, inheritance disputes, commercial disputes, warranty claim, banking litigation and financial services.
You will likely need a minimum of 10 years PQE and will already be a Senior Solicitor who is a partner or looking to move into a Partner level role. Personal and Professional QualitiesEssential:
ATT qualified or ACA/CA/CTA part qualified, or qualified by experience (minimum of 2 years practical experience required) Work experience within an Accountancy Practice, with exposure to Corporate Tax or an in-house tax role with exposure to Corporate Tax Experience of a client or customer facing environment would be advantageous.
Desirable:

You will manage a portfolio of clients and be their main point of call on all matters. What will you be doing?
To undertake day to day bookkeeping and business management for a portfolio of clients. Assist with the handling of the portfolio’s financial and personal affairs, whilst meeting the needs and client’s expectations. Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments. Completing and filing of client VAT Returns and IOSS Identifying issues and resolving. Liaising directly with clients and suppliers on queries to ensure timely completion and a professional manner. Providing credit control services for client portfolio. Preparing client cash flow reports and forecasting. Tour accounting including preparing reports for tour support, 360 commission and other reports in respect of mitigating withholding taxes Preparing monthly management accounts.
