Our client, one of the largest law firms in the world, is seeking talented and ambitious Pensions Lawyers to join their growing practice.
The team currently have multiple vacancies and is seeking applications from individuals seeking roles at associate or senior associate level.
The team, ranked tier 3 in the legal 500, acts of private and public companies, pension scheme trustees, government bodies and insolvency practitioners on matters including non-contentious and contentious work, cross-border M&A transactions and regulatory matters.
The successful applicants will work on a variety of pension matters including benefits issues and disputes, de-risking, merging, restructuring and pension fund deficits.
Requirements:
England and Wales qualified lawyer with 1+ years post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of pensions law and corporate transactions. Experience of working on public sector matters and pensions de-risking is highly desirable. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent academic record. Self-motivated and a team player.In reward, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £85,000 - £135,000 (dependant upon experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
